  The picture is from a trip to the Woburn Safari Park with the little relaxation of rules in between lockdowns in 2020. The rhinoceros to the left would eventually find its way to our car giving the Jurassic park vibes. I thought the COVID-19 lockdowns will go down in history so recording it in this hopeful header image. Also new minimalist theme for the blog.

I felt it's time I needed a new header. But I haven't been doing much lately except, working, watching movies and reading books. And since I can't talk about work and movies are not much to add to, books is all I have. So here is a header with my bookshelf. It doesn't have too many books because I usually borrow from the library here (there are 4 books on the shelf that I borrowed from the library and 1 that I borrowed from a friend). But to compensate for 10,000 books I added my kindle too...

I need to tag in the title that it's my 600th post. Else I lose track. So once every now and then I feel that need to turn around and look back at all the blogging I have done. Usually, it's a milestone or a birthday or simply new year . This year, I forgot my blog's birthday, like I did my sisters, like I did my parents, like my parents did mine, and like I nearly did mine! So apologises to all my friends whose birthday I forgot and congratulations to all those who wished (facebook is very dutiful). Hence, I look back at my last hundred posts (and even older). But when I do look back, it was meant to be a soul-searching sentimental feeling. So as I sat to write this post down I was struck by writers block for hours. I have indeed changed. I haven't lost the capacity to write, just to be overly sentimental. And just like that I could write again. A new header for a new year !

Happy Birthday Slisha Crazy ! It's been good 5 years !!! CELEBRATE: To celebrate I have a new theme, with a new background and a new header. The header image is the set of the play that I directed . I believe it was photographed by a cast member is also the head of the photography club! SHARE: I also added the "share" button and now you can share on whatever social networking sites you use. A comment had once suggested I do that but I never got around. COMMENT: I have also put in a word verification for the comments. I did not want to but then I do not want to unlock iPhone 4 or visit a spooky language I doesn't know. Thank you for all the support!

I realized that I have had a lot of different headers but none for the city of Kolkata. So here goes !!

My new header those things emit information from the blogs across the world about new technology in computers and are stuck on a hall way in CMU. If you stand between them you can hear what they say because they will be in resonance.

For the record: I tried to make a header to fit minima stretch. It doesn't. It now is too large for minima. I m too tired.

These flowers are flicked from the Dean's Dinner at insti (IIT Madras) The "Universe" has now turned into "Joka Days" cos I realized I now hvae two parallel universes, and till now I had only one, insti. :) So I thought I shall have a minor variation.
